Wonderful
The 15% service charge on top of everything was a bit. I thought I was paying a fixed price for the room, but on checkout there was an additional service charge per night, which was a bit decieving.

Loved this hotel and an amazing experience
Breakfast was great but pricey not worth the £200 paid for four people, they charged excessive service charge which should not be paid when staying at hotel
Excessive service charge . They charge service charges for each meal you eat and even for each night you stay which alone amounted to hundreds of pounds. However this is an exceptional hotel and most of the staff are lovely ..beware the female manager at the spa who wears the extremely high heels is very fussy kept coming up to us when we just wanted to be left alone , she was a little too negative for our liking, all other staff were brilliant and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome

the location was easy to reach and to commute to the city for work the following day and yes the breakfast was very lovely
the staff were exceptional professional, friendly, helpful and polity. i would recommend them anytime
